Pamela Healey

Pam Healey has served as General Manager of Shed Media since January 2013. In this role, Healey is responsible for supervising the development and production of original unscripted television series for the U.S. cable, broadcast network and streaming marketplace. Shed Media, an Emmy® winning production company, is a part of Warner Bros. Unscripted & Alternative Television.

Under Healey’s leadership, Shed Media has consistently delivered a prolific and diverse slate of series ranging from docu-series to entertainment formats, and more. Shed Media is currently producing eighteen series and over 120 hours of programming in 2019, across ten different networks and platforms. Healey has focused on attracting top-tier talent by helping them create their passion projects, including Dick Wolf’s “Criminal Confessions” and “Murder for Hire” series and the award-winning “Who Do You Think You Are?” with Lisa Kudrow and Dan Bucatinsky, which will return to NBC for its 9th season. Additionally, she serves as an executive producer on “The Real Housewives of New York City,” “Best Room Wins” and “Mexican Dynasties” for Bravo, “Long Lost Family” for TLC, “Huda Boss” for Facebook, “Supernanny” for Lifetime and “License to Kill” for Oxygen.

Healey has received three Emmy® nominations for Outstanding Structured Reality Program in 2014, 2017 and 2018 as part of the producing team for “Who Do You Think You Are?”

Prior to joining Shed Media, Healey spent ten years at High Noon Entertainment where she served as Executive Vice President, West Coast. She established High Noon’s Los Angeles office with a mission to diversify the company and was instrumental in the expansion of its business. As an Executive Producer, Healey created series for a broad range of networks including VH1, E!, TLC, History, Syfy, MTV, Animal Planet, Discovery, truTV and USA. She was an Executive Producer for two of High Noon’s longest-running series — “Tough Love” for VH1 and “Cake Boss” for TLC.

Healey received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University. She serves as a member of the board of directors for “The Mr. Holland’s Opus Foundation” which is dedicated to the future of music education and provides durable, high-quality musical instruments to deserving, under-funded music programs nationwide.
