'The Real Housewives of New York City' Are Back for Season 8!

The women of The Real Housewives of New York City are back – and there's plenty of booze, younger men and yelling to go around.

PEOPLE has an exclusive first look at the Bravo reality show's eighth season, which will debut April 6 at 9 p.m. ET. In the trailer, RHONY stars Bethenny Frankel, Carole Radziwill, Dorinda Medley, Luann de Lesseps, Ramona Singer and Sonja Morgan welcome newcomer Julianne "Jules" Wainstein to the mix. The new housewife promptly assesses her costars this way: "These girls clearly didn't take their menopausal medication."

The trailer also hints at health struggles for Frankel, new love for Singer and features newly engaged de Lesseps showing off her diamond sparkler.

Meanwhile, Medley is forced to defend her relationship with John Mahdessian, telling Frankel, "I choose who I want to be with! You don't like it, I don't give a s---."

PEOPLE can also reveal that RHONY fans will have a chance to be part of the action with new bus tours from On Location Tours, which beginning April 6 will run on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. The tour will stop at iconic RHONY locations, including Le Cirque – where that infamous leg toss happened – and the Watch What Happens Live studio, as well as Tipsy Parson (featured in an upcoming episode) and Beautique (of "What are you doing here without Dorinda" fame).

The Real Housewives of New York City returns April 6 at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.
